فتاوى رمضان

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وبعد :
فهذه فتاوى لعلمائنا الكرام تهم الصائمين والصائمات حول بعض الأسئلة التي يكثر السؤال عنها في شهر رمضان .
نسأل الله أن ينفع بها المسلمين في كل مكان .

كثر النوم في نهار رمضان

هل الإنسان في أيام رمضان إذا تسحر ثم صلى الصبح ونام حتى صلاة الظهر ، ثم صلاها ونام إلى صلاة العصر ، ثم صلاها ونام إلى وقت الفطر ، هل صيامه صحيح ؟
إذا كان الأمر كما ذكر ، فالصيام صحيح ، ولكن استمرار الصائم غالب النهار نائماً تفريط منه لاسيما وشهر رمضان زمن شريف ينبغي أن يستفيد منه المسلم فيما ينفعه من كثرة قراءة القرآن وطلب الرزق وتعلم العلم .

السحور صحة الصيام

إنسان نام قبل السحور في رمضان وهو على نية السحور حتى الصباح ، هل صيامه صحيح أم لا ؟
صيامه صحيح ، لأن السحور ليس شرطاً في صحة الصيام ، وإنما هو مستحب ، لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم « تسحروا فإن في السحور بركة » متفق عليه .

السباحة والغوص للصائم
ما حكم السباحة للصائم في الماء ؟
ج : لا بأس أن يغوص الصائم في الماء أو يعوم فيه يسبح ، لأن ذلك ليس من المفطرات.
والأصل الحِل حتى يقوم دليل على الكراهة ، أو على التحريم وليس هناك دليل على التحريم ، ولا على الكراهة .
إنما كرهه بعض أهل العلم خوفاً من أن يدخل إلى حلقه شئ وهو لا يشعر به .

حكم شم الصائم رائحة الطيب والعود
هل يجوز للصائم أن يشم رائحة الطيب والعود؟
لا يستنشق العود ، أما أنواع الطيب غير البخور فلا بأس بها لكن العود نفسه لا يستنشقه ، لأن بعض أهل العلم يرى أن العود يفطر الصائم إذا استنشقه ، لأنه يذهب إلى المخ والدماغ ، وله سريان قوي ، أما شمه من غير قصد فلا يفطره .

سريان البنج في الجسم هل يفطر ؟ وخروج الدم عند قلع الضرس ؟
كلاهما لايفطرن ، ولكن لا يبلع الدم الخارج من الضرس

بلع الريق للصائم
ما حكم بلع الريق للصائم ؟
لا حرج في بلع الريق ، ولا أعلم في ذلك خلافاً بين أهل العلم لمشقة أو تعذر التحرز منه .
أما النخامة والبلغم فيجب لفظهما إذا وصلتا إلى الفم ، ولا يجوز للصائم بلعهما لإمكان التحرز منها ، وليسا مثل الريق وبالله التوفيق .

استعمال التحاميل في نهار رمضان
ما حكم استعمال التحاميل في نهار رمضان إذا كان الصائم مريضاً ؟
لا بأس بها ، ولا بأس أن يستعمل الإنسان التحاميل التي تكون من دبره إذا كان مريضاً ، لأن هذا ليس أكلاً ولا شرباً ، ولا بمعنى الأكل والشرب ، والشارع إنما حرم علينا الأكل والشرب .
فما قام مقام الأكل والشرب أُعطيَ حكم الأكل والشرب ، وما ليس كذلك فإنه لا يدخل فيه لفظاً ولا معنى ، فلا يثبت له حكم الأكل ولا الشرب .

استعمال الإبر في الوريد والعضل
ما حكم استعمال الإبر في الوريد , والإبر التي في العضل ؟ وما الفرق بينهما وذلك للصائم ؟
الصحيح أنهما لا تفطران , وإنما التي تفطر هي إبر التغذية خاصة . وهكذا أخذ الدم للتحليل لا يفطر به الصائم ؛ لأنه ليس مثل الحجامة , أما الحجامة فيفطر بها الحاجم والمحجوم في أصح أقوال العلماء ؛ لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : « أفطر الحاجم والمحجوم » .

استعمال بخاخ ضيق النفس للصائم
استعمال بخاخ ضيق النفس للصائم هل يفطر ؟
أن هذا البخاخ الذي تستعمله لكونه يتبخر ولا يصل إلى المعدة . فحينئذ نقول : لا بأس أن تستعمل هذا البخاخ وأنت صائم ولا تفطر بذلك لأنه كما قلنا لا يدخل منه إلى المعدة أجزاء لأنه شيء يتطاير ويتبخر ويزول ولا يصل منه جرم إلى المعدة حتى نقول إن هذا مما يوجب الفطر فيجوز لك أن تستعمله وأنت صائم ولا يبطل الصوم بذلك .

دواء الغرغرة في نهار رمضان
هل يبطل الصوم باستعمال دواء الغرغرة ؟
لا يبطل الصوم إذا لم يبتلعه ولكن لا تفعله إلا إذا دعت الحاجة ولا تفطر به إذا لم يدخل جوفك شيء منه .

استنشاق الصائم للبخار
أفيدكم بأنني أحد العاملين في المؤسسة العامة للتحلية ، ويحل علينا شهر رمضان ونحن صائمون وعلى رأس العمل , والذي فيه بخار ماء من المحطة التي نعمل بها , وقد نستنشقه في كثير من الأحوال فهل يبطل صيامنا ؟ وهل يلزمنا قضاء ذلك اليوم الذي استنشقنا فيه بخار الماء سواء كان فريضة أم نافلة ؟ وهل علينا عن كل يوم صدقة ؟
إذا كان الأمر كما ذكر ؛ فصيامكم صحيح ولا شيء عليكم .

الامتحان والصيام
هل الامتحان المدرسي عذر يبيح الإفطار في رمضان ؟
الامتحان المدرسي ونحوه لا يعتبر عذرا مبيحا للإفطار في نهار رمضان , ولا يجوز طاعة الوالدين في الإفطتر للامتحان ؛ لأنه لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق , و « إنما الطاعة في المعروف » كما جاء بذلك الحديث الصحيح عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

البَرَد

سمعت بعض الناس يقول : إن البَرَد لا يفطر ؛ لأنه ليس بأكل ولا شرب ؟
ج: روي ذلك عن أبي طلحة أنه أكل البرد , وقال : إنه ليس بطعام ولا شراب . ولكن لعله لا يصح عنه ؛ وذلك لأن هذا البرد يدخل الجوف وكل ما يدخل الجوف فهو إما طعام ، وإما شراب . فالرواية عن أبي طلحة لعلها لا تثبت . , وإن ثبتت فإنه متأوّل لأن البرد ماء متجمد ومثله الثلج ، فإذا أكله فإنه يذوب في الجوف وينقلب ماءً .

ابتلاع النخامة
ما حكم ابتلاع النخامة ؟ ومتى يفطر الصائم إذا ابتلعها ؟
يحرم على الصائم بلع النخامة وذلك لا ستقذارها , والنخامة تارة تنزل من الرأس إلى الحلق , وتارة تخرج من الصدر . وفي كلا الحالتين : فإنه يحرم على الصائم ابتلاعها . فإن أخرجها من صدره مثلا ثم وصلت إلى فمه ثم أعادها , ففي هذه الحالة تكون مفطرة ؛ لأنه قد ابتلع شيئا له جرم مع التمكن من إلقائها ومع كراهة ابتلاعها حتى لغير الصائم فهي مستقذرة طبعا ً . أما إن نزلت إلى حلقه وابتلعها مع ريقه فلا يفطر بها مع تحريم ابتلاعها في الصيام .

استرخاء الصائم المرهق ونومه
أقضي نهاري في رمضان نائماً أو مسترخياً ، حيث لا أستطيع العمل لشدة شعوري بالجوع والعطش ، فهل يؤثر ذلك في صحة صيامي ؟
هذا لا يؤثر على صحة الصيام وفيه زيادة أجر لقول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم لعائشة : « أجرك ِ على قدر نصبك » فكلما زاد تعب الإنسان زاد أجره وله أن يفعل ما يخفف العبادة عليه كالتبرد بالماء والجلوس في المكان البارد .

السواك في رمضان
هناك من يتحرز من السواك في رمضان ، خشية إفساد الصوم ، هل هذا صحيح ؟ وما هو الوقت المفضل للسواك في رمضان ؟
التحرز من السواك في نهار رمضان أو في غيره من الأيام التي يكون الإنسان فيها صائماً لا وجه له لأن السواك سنة فهو كما جاء في الحديث الصحيح « مطهرة للفم مرضاة للرب » ومشروع متأكد عند الوضوء ، وعند الصلاة ، وعند القيام من النوم ، وعند دخول المنزل أول ما يدخل ، في الصيام ، وفي غيره وليس مفسداً للصوم إلا إذا كان السواك له طعم وأثر في ريقك فإنك لا تبتلع طعمه وكذلك لو خرج بالتسوك دم من اللثة فإنك لا تبتلعه وإذا تحرزت في هذا فإنه لايؤثر في الصيام شيئاً .

استعمال قطرة العين
ما حكم استعمال قطرة العين في نهار رمضان ، هل تفطر أم لا ؟
الصحيح أن القطرة لا تفطر وإن كان فيها خلاف بين أهل العلم ، حيث قال بعضهم : إنه إذا وصل طعمها إلى الحلق فإنها تفطر
والصحيح : أنها لا تفطر مطلقاً ، لأن العين ليست منفذاً لكن لو قضى احتياطاً وخروجاً من الخلاف من وجد طعمها في الحلق فلا بأس وإلا فالصحيح أنها لا تفطر سواء كانت في العين أو في الأذن .

حكم الأكل ناسياً
ما حكم من أكل أو شرب ناسياً وهل يجب على من رآه يأكل ويشرب ناسياً أن يذكره بصيامه ؟
ج: من أكل أو شرب ناسياً وهو صائم فإن صيامه صحيح ، لكن إذا تذكر يجب عليه أن يقلع حتى إذا كانت اللقمة أو الشربة في فمه ، فإنه يجب عليه أن يلفظها ، ودليل تمام صومه : قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما ثبت عنه من حديث أبي هريرة « من نسي وهو صائم فأكل أو شرب فليتم صومه فإنما أطعمه الله وسقاه » ولأن النسيان
لا يؤاخذ به المرء في فعل محظور لقوله تعالى : { ربنا لا تؤاخذنا إن نسينا أو أخطأنا } [البقرة:286] فقال الله تعالى – قد فعلت -
أما من رآه : فإنه يجب عليه أن يذكره لأن هذا من تغيير المنكر وقد قال صلى الله عليه وسلم « من رأى منكم منكراً فليغيره بيده ، فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه ، فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه » ولا ريب أن أكل الصائم وشربه حال صيامه من المنكر ولكنه يعفى عنه النسيان لعدم المؤاخذة أما من رآه فإنه لا عذر له في ترك الإنكار عليه .

من احتلم في نهار رمضان
إذا احتلم الصائم في نهار رمضان هل يبطل صومه أم لا ؟ وهل تجب عليه المبادرة بالغسل ؟
الإحتلام لا يبطل الصوم لأنه ليس باختيار الصائم وعليه أن يغتسل غسل الجنابة ولو احتلم بعد صلاة الفجر وأخّر الغسل إلى وقت صلاة الظهر فلا بأس وهكذا لو جامع أهله في الليل ولم يغتسل إلا بعد طلوع الفجر لم يكن عليه حرج في ذلك قد ثبت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه كان يصبح جنباً من جماع ثم يغتسل ويصوم
وهكذا الحائض والنفساء لو طهرنا في الليل ولم تغتسلا إلا بعد طلوع الفجر لم يكن عليهما بأس في ذلك وصومهما صحيح .. ولكن لا يجوز لهما و لا للجنب تأخير الغسل أو الصلاة إلى طلوع الشمس حتى يؤدوا الصلاة في وقتها .
وعلى الرجل أن يبادر بالغسل من الجنابة قبل صلاة الفجر حتى يتمكن من الصلاة في الجماعة .. والله ولي التوفيق .

التمضمض أو الاستنشق
إذا تمضمض الصائم أو استنشق فدخل إلى حلقه ماء دون قصد ، هل يفسد صومه؟
ج: إذا تمضمض الصائم أو استنشق فدخل الماء إلى جوفه لم يفطر لأنه لم يتعمد ذلك لقوله تعالى { ولكن ما تعمدت قلوبكم } [الأحزاب:5]

حكم سحب الدم للصائم
ما حكم من سحب منه دم وهو صائم في رمضان وذلك بغرض التحليل من يده اليمنى ومقداره ( برواز ) متوسط ؟
مثل هذا التحليل لا يفسد الصوم ، بل يعفى عنه ، لأنه مما تدعو الحاجة إليه وليس من جنس المفطرات المعلومة من الشرع المطهر .

حكم استعمال الدهان
هل الدهان المرطب للبشرة يضر بالصيام إذا كان من النوع غير العازل لوصول الماء إلى البشرة ؟
لا بأس بدهن الجسم مع الصيام عند الحاجة فإن الدهن إنما يبل ظاهر البشرة ولا ينفذ إلى داخل الجسم ثم لو قدر دخول المسام لم يعد مفطراً .

حكم استعمال فرشاة الأسنان
بعد الإمساك هل يجوز لي تفريش أسناني بالمعجون ؟ وإذا كان يجوز هل الدم اليسير الذي يخرج من الأسنان حال استعمال الفرشاة يفطر ؟
لابأس بعد الإمساك بذلك الأسنان بالماء والسواك وفرشاة الأسنان ، وقد كره بعضهم استعمال السواك للصائم بعد الزوال لأنه يذهب خلوف فم الصائم وإنما ينقي الأسنان والفم من الروائح والبخر وفضلات الطعام .
فأما استعمال المعجون : فالأظهر كراهته لما فيه من الرائحة ، ولأن له طعماً قد يختلط بالريق لا يؤمن ابتلاعه فمن احتاج إليه استعمله بعد السحور قبل وقت الإمساك ، فإن استعمله نهاراً وتحفظ عن ابتلاع شئ منه فلا بأس بذلك للحاجة فإن خرج دم يسير من الأسنان حال تدليكها بالفرشاة أو السواك لم يحصل به الإفطار والله أعلم .

حكم من أكل أثناء الأذان أو بعده بقليل
قال تعالى { وكلوا واشربوا حتى يتبين لكم الخيط الأبيض من الخيط الأسود } [البقرة:187]
ما حكم من أكل سحوره وشرب ماء وقت الأذان أو بعد الأذان للفجر بربع ساعة ؟
ن كان المذكور في السؤال يعلم أن ذلك قبل تبين الصبح فلا قضاء عليه ، وإن علم أنه بعد تبين الصبح فعليه القضاء ، أما إن كان لايعلم هل كان أكله وشربه بعد تبين الصبح أو قبله فلا قضاء عليه لأن الأصل بقاء الليل ولكن ينبغي للمؤمن أن يحتاط لصيامه وأن يمسك عن المفطرات إذا سمع الأذان إلا إذا علم أن هذا الأذان كان قبل الصبح .

السفر المبيح للفطر

ما هي المسافة المبيح للفطر ؟
السفر المبيح للفطر وقصر الصلاة هو : 83 كيلو متراً تقريباً ، ومن العلماء من لم يحدد مسافة للسفر ، بل كل ما هو في عرف الناس سفر فهو سفر ، ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا سافر ثلاثة فراسخ قصر الصلاة .
والسفر المحرم : ليس مبيحاً للقصر ولا للفطر ، لأن سفر المعصية لا تناسبه الرخصة .
وبعض أهل العلم لا يفرق بين سفر المعصية وسفر الطاعة لعموم الأدلة والعلم عند الله.

التبرع لإفطار الصائمين
تقوم بعض المؤسسات الخيرية بجمع التبرعات من المسلمين لإعداد مشاريع إفطار للفقراء من المسلمين في شهر رمضان ، فهل من يتبرع لهذه المؤسسات يكون أجر الإفطار قد له أم لابد من قيام الشخص بتقديم الإفطار بنفسه ؟
إذا تبرع المسلم لإفطار الصوام ، فهو مأجور وذلك من الصدقة سواء كان ذلك بنفسه أو بمن يراه من الثقاة أو من الجمعيات الموثوقة .

القيء في نهار رمضان
هل القيء يفسد الصوم ؟
كثيراً ما يعرض للصائم أموراً لم يتعمدها ، من جراح أو رعاف ، أو قيء ، أو ذهاب الماء أو البنزين إلى حلقه بغير اختياره ، فكل هذه الأمور لا تفسد الصوم ، لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم « من ذرعه القيء فلا قضاء عليه ، ومن استقاء فعليه القضاء »

I heard some people say: "The cold does not break; because it is not eating or drinking?
